It’s always changing. We’ve built our company intentionally to be able to be agile and pivot to where the best opportunities are, or where we think they are. What that requires is to have expertise in development and acquisition, and an expertise across a variety of property types. We’ve been very careful about the people and the team that we built, and the processes and infrastructure that we built to be able to accommodate that. What we find most interesting right now and what we look for are we look for big themes, things that our outside of our control. We don’t control where people are moving. We don’t control the aging of the population. We don’t control interest rates. We don’t control climate. There are a whole bunch of things we don’t control, but we look at those from a top-down perspective and say, “Where’s the tide rising in these things that’s going to impact real estate, and then how do we take advantage of that?
