Jack Lingo Asset Management (JLAM) is pleased to announce it has acquired 10301 Wilson Blvd, a multi-building office campus located on Interstate 77 in the Blythewood suburb of Columbia, South Carolina. The campus was the former home to DXC Technology and totals more than 400,000 square feet of space.
Doug Motley, Managing Principal of JLAM, noted “The Blythewood property offers a strategic location, with I-77 providing direct access to Columbia and Charlotte, coupled with significant existing infrastructure. We are refining our plans for the long-term use of the property and look forward to sharing that with the market later this year. The combination of an unmatched cost basis and favorable dynamics in the Richland County real estate market provide great positioning for this investment.”
JLAM would like to thank Tommy Johnson of Colliers who represented the seller.
This closing marks JLAM’s second acquisition in South Carolina in 2021, as the firm continues to invest in compelling real estate opportunities in select high growth markets in the southeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
